Here's the first 911 call over Halloween decorations this year.  Someone in North Dakota called 911 over the weekend because a woman wrote "Help Me" in fake blood on one of her windows.  And considering it's still September, they probably did the right thing by calling it in.

 A 10-year-old kid in Colorado called 911 a few days ago . . . because he needed help with some long division on his math homework.  And . . . the dispatcher actually helped him figure it out.
