Margot Kidder died at her home in Montana on Sunday.  There's no word on a cause of death, but her manager said she died peacefully in her sleep.  She was 69 years old.

  A new survey found the average parent only gets 21 minutes of "me time" a day . . . eats 156 meals a year standing up . . . and feels less-than-great 84 days a year because they're sick or tired.

18th fissure opens and lava bombs fly as Kilauea's eruption shows no sign of slowing down.  Meanwhile, 50 US volcanoes are being closely watched.


Eating fast food puts you in a bad mood . . . at least according to an author named Rachel Kelly who wrote a new book called "The Happiness Diet".

A woman in Sweden got a tattoo a few years ago of her son's name . . . but instead of "Kevin," the tattoo artist accidentally wrote "Kelvin."  So . . . the woman legally changed her son's name to Kelvin to match the tattoo.

Florida hedge fund manager David Tepper expected to sign deal to buy the Carolina Panthers.

The U.S. clothing retailer Gap apologized Tuesday for selling T-shirts with what it says is an incorrect map of China that didn’t include self-ruled Taiwan.

A 25-year-old guy in Colorado recently passed out drunk in his living room, and his roommates drew phallic symbols on his face.  So he retaliated by trying to set the garage on fire.  Luckily no one was hurt.
